We’re sorry to let you know that the AGS 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting (#AGS20), scheduled for May 6-9, 2020, in Long Beach, CA, has been canceled. Given recent recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this decision helps us put the health and safety of our members, their patients, and Long Beach residents first.
We recognize you may have questions, and we've compiled this Q&A to address as much as we can.
Long Beach Airport (LGB) provides commercial service to 18 nonstop destinations, with connections worldwide. LGB is served by Delta Air Lines, JetBlue Airways, American Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Southwest Airlines
Alternative area airports include Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Orange County's (SNA). These airports offer hundreds of flights into and out of the area and are only a quick 30 minutes from Long Beach. Click here for driving directions from alternative area airports.
International Travel Arrangements
Due to increased security for citizens and visitors, the U.S. has updated its policies for visas. Specific information on passport and visa documents required to visit from other countries can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en.html. If you require a visa to visit the U.S., it is recommended that you apply as soon as possible for timely processing of your documents.
