In-person registration for Chicago, IL includes:

Access to AGS25 On-Demand: video recordings of 19 of the top clinically focused sessions which will allow you to continue learning at your own pace for 3 months after the in-person meeting with the ability to earn additional CME/MOC/CE credits
Pre-conference sessions Wednesday, May 7 are an additional fee and are only available at the in-person meeting in Chicago, IL

Can’t join us in Chicago? Register for AGS25 On-Demand
AGS25 On-Demand is intended for attendees who are unable to join us in Chicago. This is NOT a virtual annual meeting and does not replicate the in-person meeting. AGS25 On-Demand only provides access to asynchronous annual meeting video recordings available after the in-person meeting. Sessions are NOT live streamed.
AGS25 On-Demand registration includes:

Learn at your own pace: videos will be available from May 12 – August 31, 2025.
Earn up to 19.25 CME/MOC/CE credits

Flexible Registration – Seamlessly Switch from In-Person to On-Demand
If you select the in-person option, you have the flexibility to switch your registration to the On-Demand option at any time leading up to the annual meeting. Please send an email to AGS@showcare.comto request this change.
Members
To qualify for the member rate, your membership must be valid through the 2025 Annual Meeting dates. If your membership will expire prior to 5/31/2025, or you are not yet a member of AGS, you will be required to join or renew as you register.

Discounted Registration Rates for International Attendees
Attendees residing in countries classified as middle or low-income by The World Bank are eligible discounted registration rates. These discounts will be automatically applied once you register for the meeting. Click HERE for the discounted registration rates.
Method of Payment
You must register using the online registration form. All registrations must be completed online with a credit card card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). AGS will not be able to accept payment by check or fax.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellation of registrations must be received in writing no later than April 21, 2025. No refunds will be issued after April 21 for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions are permitted if requested in writing. Please send cancellation or substitution requests by email to AGS@showcare.com or by fax to 1-514-289-9844. Refunds will be issued no sooner than 45 days following the meeting and are subject to the following processing fees:
On or before February 28, 2025: $50 processing fee
March 1 - April 21, 2025: $250 processing fee
After April 21, 2025: No refunds will be issued
