We’re sorry to let you know that the AGS 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting (#AGS20), scheduled for May 6-9, 2020, in Long Beach, CA, has been canceled. Given recent recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this decision helps us put the health and safety of our members, their patients, and Long Beach residents first.

We recognize you may have questions, and we've compiled this Q&A to address as much as we can.

Registration Categories and Fees

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, exhibits, posters, food and beverage events/breaks, including lunch on Thursday and Friday.

One-day registration includes the above taking place on the specific day registered. Pre-conference sessions are an additional fee.

Note: Attendees wishing to attend more than one day will need to register at the full meeting rate.

**Guest Pass Policy
Registered guests may include family members (16 years of age or older) or friends who are not in the medical industry. AGS members, those eligible for AGS membership, and nonmember healthcare professionals must register at the full registration fee to attend educational sessions, receive CME credits, and visit the exhibits. THIS OPTION IS NOT FOR POSTER PRESENTERS.

To qualify for the member rate, your membership must be valid through the 2020 Annual Meeting dates. If your membership will expire prior to 5/31/2020, or you are not yet a member of AGS, you will be required to join or renew as you register. Questions about your membership status? Method of Payment

This online form is to be used if you are paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) or if you will be paying by check. If paying by credit card, a confirmation letter will be sent automatically by email, once you complete the online registration process. 
If payment will be sent by mail or fax, an invoice will be sent to you automatically by email, once you complete the online registration process. Your payment must be received within 21 days of submitting your registration or any unpaid-for ticketed events will be canceled. Note that there is an additional $25 administrative processing fee for payment submissions by mail or fax.
