This session will present the latest peer-reviewed geriatrics research with questions and answers to follow. Learning Objectives: (1) evaluate whether hearing loss in older adults is linked to negative aging outcomes, most notably cognitive decline; (2) discuss psychotherapy and its association with behavioral and physical outcomes important to nursing home residents; (3) review the Passive Digital Marker and the Quick Dementia Rating Scale for the early detection of dementia in primary care; (4) describe the contribution of health system factors, including presence of dementia care specialists, to length of stay among PLWD.
