This session will present the latest peer-reviewed geriatrics research with questions and answers to follow. Learning Objectives: (1)discuss how older adults navigate the correctional environment and access healthcare; (2) identify patient-level disparities in access to palliative care; (3) describe an evidence-based method for identifying at-risk caregivers; (4) compare the effectiveness of 2 interventions in facilitating ACP among community-dwelling older Black and White adults.
