This session will delve into the challenges and strategies associated with managing dyspnea among frail older adults. Learning Objectives: (1) enhance participants' knowledge of the pathophysiology and common etiologies of dyspnea in older adults; (2) develop competence in the application of evidence-based guidelines for managing chronic respiratory diseases, heart failure, and deconditioning for geriatric patients; (3) promote interdisciplinary collaboration to provide comprehensive care for complex geriatric patients; (4) address health equity by incorporating strategies that consider diverse patient populations and their unique healthcare needs.
